How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:
Public Information
- Approved directory listings (churches, schools, businesses) are publicly visible
- Published events are publicly visible
- Your name may be displayed with public content you submit only where that content is approved and published
Private Account Information
Prayer intentions, prayer schedules, goals, habits, reading plans, recent activity, and journal entries are account features for your own use. They are not public directory listings or public articles.
Administrative access is limited to what is needed to operate, secure, support, and troubleshoot the Service. Do not store highly sensitive pastoral, medical, legal, or emergency details in these tools.
Private Prayer Feature Opt-In
Private prayer tracking and related dashboard features are disabled by default. If you choose to enable them, we store the date and time of your opt-in, the Terms and Privacy Policy versions accepted for that opt-in, and a minimal source marker such as dashboard or API. We do not use that opt-in record to store unnecessary personal details.
These features may store prayer schedules, completion history, favorites, recent activity, reminder settings, intentions, goals, habits, reading plans, journal entries, badges, and formation progress for your signed-in account.
Public Profiles
Public profile publishing is not currently available. Account profile fields may still help us operate your account or submissions, but users cannot publish public profile pages until this feature is intentionally enabled.
Launch-Gated Submissions
Directory, event, and resource submission forms may appear as unavailable while launch testing continues. When those forms are disabled, submitted public content is limited to imported, reviewed, or administrator-managed records. The contact form remains available for corrections, concerns, and requests.
Service Providers
We may share information with trusted third-party service providers:
- Hosting and infrastructure providers
- Analytics services
- Email service providers
Legal Requirements
We may disclose information if required by law or in response to:
- Court orders or legal processes
- Government or regulatory requests

- Preventing fraud or security threats
Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred.
Data Retention
We retain information only as long as needed for the purpose it serves:
- Account information and private dashboard records are retained while your account is active or while needed to provide features you enabled.
- Closed contact submissions are anonymized after the operational support window. Names, email addresses, message text, IP addresses, and user agents are redacted from those old closed records.
- First-party view analytics rows are retained for a limited analytics window and then deleted. Aggregate counters may remain.
- API idempotency records, expired login tokens, revoked refresh tokens, notification history, and mobile sync tombstones are pruned on operational schedules.
- Admin audit logs and security records may be retained longer when needed for security, abuse review, legal compliance, or operational accountability.
If you ask us to delete your account or personal information, we will delete or anonymize it where reasonably possible, except where retention is needed for legal compliance, security, or legitimate operational records.
